Terms
Terms for booking and joining the walk
These terms cover how bookings are confirmed, when payment happens, and what participants should expect before joining the experience.
The tour and booking process
Sats4Safari is a guided walking experience in Kibera, Nairobi. Submitting a booking request does not automatically confirm a place on the walk.
Bookings are confirmed after Susan reviews the request, responds on WhatsApp, and agrees practical details such as date, group size, and timing.
The standard meeting point used across the site is Adams Greenhouse.
Payments and cancellations
Payments may be offered through Bitcoin Lightning, card, or mobile-money flows depending on the booking and operational context.
Payment is expected only after the booking details are confirmed. Until then, the form and WhatsApp conversation are used to clarify the visit.
Cancellation and refund decisions should be communicated directly through WhatsApp so timing and circumstances can be handled clearly and fairly.
Participant responsibilities
Participants should wear comfortable shoes, follow Susan’s guidance during the walk, and behave respectfully in community spaces.
Photography should be handled with sensitivity. Guests may be asked to pause or avoid photos in certain moments out of respect for people and place.
Anyone joining the tour should make a reasonable judgment about personal health, mobility, and preparedness for a three-hour walking experience.
Limitation of liability
Sats4Safari is designed as a guided, respectful, real-world experience. Even so, participation happens at your own risk.
The site and guide are not responsible for losses or issues arising from third-party payment providers, wallet software, or guest decisions outside the tour guidance provided.
Using the site or booking the walk means you accept these terms as the practical framework for the experience.
