Terms of Service

By accessing or using Sats4Safari ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. The Platform is operated by Sats4Safari, a Bitcoin Lightning-native tour booking service based in Nairobi, Kenya. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and Nostr private keys. Sats4Safari is not responsible for lost private keys or unauthorized account access. Users must be 18 years or older to create an account and book tours.

All payments are processed via the Bitcoin Lightning Network and are final once confirmed. Prices are displayed in satoshis (sats). Due to the nature of Lightning payments, refunds are processed manually and at the discretion of the admin team. Booking cancellations made 24+ hours before the tour may be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours are subject to a 20% cancellation fee.

Sats4Safari uses the Lightning Network for instant, low-fee Bitcoin payments. Users are responsible for maintaining a funded Lightning wallet. Payment invoices expire after the specified time period. Failed payments do not result in booking confirmations. Sats4Safari is not liable for issues with your Lightning wallet or node.

All tours require admin approval via WhatsApp before payment. Bookings are not confirmed until payment is received and verified. Private tours have a maximum of 1 participant; group tours have a maximum of 12. Tourists must follow guide instructions during tours. Sats4Safari reserves the right to cancel tours due to safety concerns or extreme weather.

All guides undergo KYC verification before being approved to lead tours. Guides must provide accurate tour descriptions and maintain professional conduct. Guide ratings are based on honest tourist reviews. Sats4Safari handles all payments; guides are compensated separately. Guides must not solicit direct payments from tourists.

Sats4Safari acts as a booking platform connecting tourists with guides. We are not liable for injuries, losses, or damages during tours. Tourists participate in tours at their own risk. Travel insurance is recommended for all participants. Maximum liability is limited to the tour price paid. Sats4Safari is not responsible for Bitcoin price fluctuations.
